Thanks, Brad. Nice to have it working again. I've noticed, though, that some of the Found, Not Found and Hidden caches now have an * following the status (ie Found*, Not found* or Hidden*). Can't see anything special about those caches - is it a glitch or a new feature?

If you are on-line, go to the cache page and move your mouse over the 'log your visit' or 'watch this cache' field at the top right. The decimal cache ID will appear at the end of the url at the bottom of the browser window. The ID also appears near the end of the url if you mouse over the map links...

CacheMonkey 2.0 Beta

I must be doing something wrong... It goes through all the motions of downloading the cache info, counting them off by 20 as the bar moves across at the top, but when it says 'Done', the cache list is blank/empty.

Don't like the 'days since found' either - would prefer the actual date(s).

Sounds interesting. 2 Dogs "Picture" caches start out without numbers, and we certainly enjoyed doing a couple of those a few months back.

Do you keep what you find in caches?

Nearly all of our finds get recycled to other caches. Occasionally though, we come across something particularly interesting that stays with us as a souvenir, or something useful that will be pressed into service.

Re: Weelll! yahoo groups may have some use afterall.

we could always add this list to the WAP site for new caches, as an Info page.( subject to individuals approval.) Hmm. I'd have to think about that a bit. Access to the mobile numbers here is for people registered for the Forum (assumed to be cachers), and therefore no problem. Access to the number...

Now that Piggy and GeoCoopers have broken the drought at 'Benjamin's Horse', our longest unfound cache is now 'My My – Those Magnificent Men #1' at 158 days, followed by 'On The Nose' at 132 days.

Good idea. If you are ever down south and want to get in touch for any reason, I'm on 0417 495 016. Do you want to keep this just for NSW, or move it to the general comms area and get all the States into sharing?
