Newbie: Putting Geocaches onto an SD card on my Garmin 200.

I've recently got a gamin 200, and have been putting geocaches on the actual GPSr, Yesterday I bought a SD card an I am struggling to put Geocaches onto it. I have downloaded my geocaches from the pocket query function. Could somebody please help me by telling me what to do?!

Thanks
