Decimal Degrees using WGS84. It's the default URL format out of GSAK, but you can just enter it into a browser yourself. Ummm...
Had started using GPX Spinner because I was getting GPX Pocket Queries from GC.com. Have only done it a few times, and now will play around with the GSAK HTML export as it is that little more flexible.

IPAQ makes it all in one...
I've been using an iPAQ with an Emtac GPS Jacket for a few months now, very successfully.
