Re: (dragonZone) Moveables being scored for each find by the same geocacher
I'm happy to see the change made. I'm also not worried about retrospective adjustment as it's unlikely to affect too many players, maybe a handful?

Re: (dragonZone) Moveables being scored for each find by the same geocacher
I would support a proposal which restricts the allocation of dZ points to first find on any cache type, although moveables seem to be the cache type where I see problems occurring as described in the previous posts. I don't think that being unable to allocate additional dZ points to take control of ...

Re: Top hiders and finders for physical caches??
Great to see some discussion happening and happy to add my 2 bobs worth. Firstly, locationless. From my observations the current plethora of locationless caches in their current form started as a result of Covid and provided a nice way to keep caching, particularly during lockdown. They also allow c...

Re: Movables
Hi C@W and JAC JAC, you and BB and rogerw3 are some of the cachers I had in mind when I talked about cachers who have always collected moveables and moved them on, regardless of dZ, and who I don't think would be particularly affected by limiting dZ points to the first find on these type of caches, ...

Re: Movables
As one of those that only logs a cache find once on a cache (not sure if I'm in the minority here or not?), could I suggest that for dragonZone purposes perhaps points should only accrue for the first unique find for any cache, i.e. trigs, trads. multis, moveables etc etc etc. That would allow those...

Re: Report Site Issues Here
Hi gurus
I have been checking out the new research "Gotta Find 'Em All" section and it doesn't seem to have picked up recent trig and trad finds in this section. Am I correct that thses finds should have been recognised?
Thanks
Danny (aka Luckyl10n)

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
Hi Faeries
After a long period of minimal caching, I finally hit the GCA trail again over the last couple of days. I noticed after logging GA18956 that no :Cache control bonus" points were awarded. Have these bonus points been dropped from the game?
Cheers

Re: Report Site Issues Here
Looks like the ghost caches have moved from Stonnington to Hobsons Bay. Twelve Minotaur controlled caches showing up again here https://geocaching.com.au/zone/view/2110, but only one here https://geocaching.com.au/zone/caches/2110/gca?
Spooky!

Re: Report Site Issues Here
Hi folks I just did a flying trip to Melbourne and in preparation was looking for some GCA caches to collect. I noticed that Stonnington looked like it had a few worth a visit, but turns out the 16 dZ caches is only 5. Any idea what happened to the others? Zone page shows Cerberus 4 and Minotaur 12 ...

Re: Finding Own Caches
A couple of comments have caught my attention. First, I agree with WazzaAndWenches that I would also log my own event caches, should I host an event and perhaps even a locationless. Second, I agree with No_Tomorrow that finds should not be claimed on archived caches, particularly in circumstances su...

Re: Finding Own Caches
I've also logged my own moveables, but only when I've found them in the wild and usually after they have been out of my hands for quite a while after publication, and then only once, as is my practice for any cache. While we're on the topic, I'd be interested in thoughts about logging caches more th...
