VHF is for aircraft, water craft, amateur radio, commercial 2 way radio (and a host of other things).

What your average joe calls uhf is what you want.

Not a lot of people use HF CB (27Mhz) these days.

Thats what it is about. If a new rule is made it should only apply to new content.

It could be edit --> preferences --> security if its not on windows. Also check the privacy tab because if you clear cookies you will have to log in again.
