Peagle boy - you need to save your audio files as MP3, not M4A - that's an Apple only format (good for iPod, but not other MP3 players or Windows users who don't install iTunes). I'm assuming you're using Garageband - this is easy to do. It's in the setting box that appears when you export the file...
