Eneloop 5th Anniversary Glitter Batteries
I know there are some Eneloop battery fanboys and fangirls here, so thought you might find this interesting... not sure if anyone has posted this. Picked up a pack of Eneloop's 5th Anniversary special edition glitter batteries. Just like normal ones but with the added benefit of sparkle. Certainly m...

Great idea for a competition. It's going to take a bit of coordination between cachers to finish this one. Will be certainly taking a crack at it. I am already tinking twice about doing certain caches before November 1. :)

It might be worth adding the finds by D/T chart in the "View your po...

Converting tracks to ploygons for Zones feature
I have created a couple of Local Government Area boundaries as GPX tracks and was hoping to convert them to Google Earth polygons for the Zones feature.
Anyone know how I can do this? I am trying avoid tracing them for a second time.
Cheers,
Rikki.

Ok, so it's not exactly a geocache, maybe a possible Waymark? ... anyway Angelina Jolie has the coordinates of the birth places of her children tattooed to her arm to "ensure that her kids will always be able to remember where they are from." http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa43/Slyce_IT/geocachi...

I might try it again another time. Anyone can host one. Check this link out: http://www.skype.com/help/guides/skypecasts.html

I would recommend making it private so it isn't listed in the general Skypecast directory as you get all sorts dropping in.

Geocaching in Tokyo - TBs Welcome
Hi,
I will be heading off to Tokyo on 10th December for work, and of course will have to find a cache or two. If you have any small travel bugs or coins that are in need of some mileage please PM me.
Cheers,
Rikki

Ooooh, I love updates to Google Maps . The addition of decent street level data was an excellent move forward, but driving directions too... sweet.

And as for the business listings.. so I can't get "Cafe near GCZZWH" , but I can get Cafe near -33.72887 151.04923 . Hmmmmmm... caching...

I can see the light side of this cache, but I wouldn't like to see them here. There's a couple of caches here in the Blue Mountains that require abseiling. When I can finally get my act together and go attempt them I would be really pissed off if was like this one. Mind you, one look at the topo for...
