Re: Report Site Issues Here

Thanks for that. It was part of a code refactor from some time ago that was not applied to Non-GCA cache listings. It should be fixed now.

Re: Cacheopoly

Thanks to everyone for playing. Got pipped at the post for 10th place at the last minute, but I'm cool with that. Reward emails will be out around midday AEDT. There were 34 prize winners and I need to ensure that the majority of those receive their reward and doesn't get lost in the mail before we ...

Charts

Geocaching Australia has had a set of home grown graphs since, oh, around 2005. Recently your development team has been updating the cacher graphs to be a little more visually appealing and interactive and today we announce that charts are the way to go. Everything that was a graph is now a chart, b...

Re: Cacheopoly

Caches that existed at the announcement have been tagged, that's how the game is running.

New caches will not be assigned a tag, so if you're looking for a tag to be assigned to any new caches created after the game started, sorry, they won't be tagged.

Re: Cacheopoly

Not intentionally. I have changed the DB field to allow for 99999.99 now. I will adjust your points and provide a nominal bonus for the inconvenience and for finding the bug.

Re: How many is too many?

The cache description has no time restriction. But you could always write to the CO and suggest that they change the name or ar chive it.

Or they were there and they forgot and didn't grab a photo. Have you asked the cacher in question why they may have similar photos to ones already logged?

Re: Logless cache idea

I don't believe you can add a codeword for a multi cache.

You can on the "Enable GeoChecker" but that gives you a code word to reveal final co-ordinates, it doesn't require it for logging a "Found It".

Re: Earth Science Cache

No progress at the moment. Your devs have been busy with Cacheopoly, a mid-year game for 2024 and an end of year game for 2024 as well as some technical debt tidy up and revamping some of our statistics.

This, along with the EcoCaches is on the boards for work when time permits.
