Re: Changing Clans

I'm not looking into removing bonus points at this time.

Recruit people to your clan. I find that as a minority player it's more enjoyable to try and win control than know I'm in the majoriy clan so regardless of what I do it wouldn't count.

I've got room for 70 items in my bag and only have 39 items in there at the moment. HOWEVER, my dragonZone page says I have 70 items in there. Could also explain why I haven't been awarded any random dZ bag items for ages either.

What makes up "items"? Are stickers counted?
Yes.

Re: dZ Bag Items

"A [Controller/Disruptor/Enhancer] is an item that will be dropped into your dZbag every now and then, and can currently be traded." should read NOT. I'll fix that in the wiki.

As far as Boosters. Do you have capacity in your bag? If you bag is full you canot trade as that would overfill your bag.

Re: Changing Clans

BTW, finding and logging a geocache that your clan does NOT control gains you more dZPoints that finding and loggiong a geocacher that you clan controls. The same for a dZone. You get more dZPoints when you find a long a geocache in a zone that is not controlled by your clan than a zone which is con...

Re: Changing Clans

To make it worse here, I notice that members of Cerberus pick up the moveable caches and hold onto them to pass them around between themselves, and then hold them for weeks/months, before then (at least before Covid) moving them on elsewhere out of reach of any other locals who aren't Cerberus. Lis...

Re: co-ords not making sense

Co-ordinates come in many different formats. http://wiki.geocaching.com.au/wiki/Coordinates There are four commonly used formats for coordinates: DDD° MM.mmm' - Degrees and decimal minutes - used in geocaching DDD° MM'SS" - Degrees, minutes and seconds - used in general naviation, particularly nauti...

Re: time to update finds

Feeds are based on the goodwill of other geoachers. There is no set timeframe. If you would like your finds to appear sooner, then use a Pocket Query from GC which contains your finds (please don't send through any corrected co-ordinates) and you can import them. https://wiki.geocaching.com.au/wiki/...

Re: dragonZone Research Tasks

OK, that does look out of whack with what I originally planned.

I do have other ideas in plan, but as usual too many things, not enough time.

I might have to drop a catchup orb to help out those who are getting unlucky, miserly drops.
