No-one is feeding Victorian geocaches into the feed, so they aren't coming up.
If they are not being fed to GCA, we can't send them in an update mail as we don't know they exist.
If you would like to import them, they will show up.

No. Any GPX file you can grab from anywhere on the system can be created by a MyQuery. If you find a GPX file on any page, you can recreate it in a MyQuery that you can then map.

According to the DB your received them this morning. The time is AEDT. So no issue except they may not have shown on the screen. Thanks for that. It was part of a code refactor from some time ago that was not applied to Non-GCA cache listings. It should be fixed now.

Caches that existed at the announcement have been tagged, that's how the game is running.
New caches will not be assigned a tag, so if you're looking for a tag to be assigned to any new caches created after the game started, sorry, they won't be tagged.
