Your username and password are case sensitive on the main site. The last log we have for you with a failed login has your name in all lowercase. Try it withyour name in the correct case and it should be right.
You can ask the cache owner. They see a simple "count" of how many people have viewed the geocache listing page. They cannot see a count over time. But if the cache owner asks we can provide it to them or publicly if they ask for that instead.
Geocaches are listed by geocachers. They can choose to list at one, the other or both. We don't recommend the same geocache listed at both sites for confusion reasons and there are very, very few that are listed at both sites. So your memory is probably false. FYI I referred this suggestion off to Sol de lune who is one of the site games admin for review.
