I bet you're not allowed to cache off duty, but while in uniform. It would have to be the best cover though... no muggles coming up "What do you think you are doing?". As PBL says we need to discuss how(if) we move forward as a Senate - having been "selected" undemoctractically due to the short time frame we believed we had - do we continue as represntatives of the states until a better solution can be found? you place a cache chock full of goodies (radios , torches you get the picture) and you come back in a couple of months to read logs and cache check.
