Hi Skippy this stuff you directed me to is great I didn't know about it, but it still doesn't help me with mapsource maybe you are right Mtrax with the filters, I haven't spent much time on it since my last post so I'll see how I go.

Thanks for your replies fellas, I'm a bit of a gumby when it comes to this sort of thing. I'm not sure how the files were uploaded, I just opened up mapsource, click on receive from device, normally just leave all of tracks, waypoints, routes and maps selected and then push the receive button. I have just bought a colorado and when i upload tracks and weigh points up to mapsource it only uploads unfound caches not the found ones does anybody know what i can do to remedy this?

When loading any maps to the Garmin Vista CX it overwrites the maps that are already there. I am going to NZ in a couple of weeks, is it possible to load some NZ maps without it wiping off all my Ozzie maps? I have a 1gig Micro Card in the GPSr so I'm sure they would fit if I could put the maps on ...
