We have a Garmin IQUE5 PDA GPS - It has all the mod-cons and is pretty much a pocket PC with Windows XP and all the programs - Word, Excel etc. We are not real whizz bang on the tech stuff though and have been entering all the co-ords in by hand and also carrying the paper for clues, previous logs e...

We've used quite a few of those screw top fruit containers. They hold about a litre so are good for small swaps and TB's. They seem to hold up quite well to the weather around the Central West area of NSW and we've seen a few around south of here.

We do alot of night time caching. Rarely do we get time to get out and about, so when we do we make the most of it. We usually leave home around lunch time and return the next day mid afternoon making a whole night of it. I find it rather frustrating however, at 2am in the middle of winter when we c...

Hey, I reckon you Mr Unbreakable should have a go at something like that. You would have a fair amount of time on your hands these days, what with hardly finding any caches, nor hiding any (and we all know what you get up to at work).

We take our geopuppies on almost every geo adventure we embark upon. If it is in an area where puppies are not allowed then we get in and out quick without letting them out of the ute. There have been a few times we have been questioned, but we explain that they are not getting out of the vehicle an...

Find to Hide Ratio

Finding a cache is great, hiding one can be even better. Just think, if it wasn't for people going out of their way to hide caches their wouldn't be any for us to find!!!! Just one thing though - if you're willing to hide a cache you must be willing to look after it! We think this might be one reaso...
