Adding photos to GCA cache
I recently published a traditional - Red Head GA14110 & thought I'd try & add a photo so it displays on the front page (description). Found the procedures in the Wiki eg. HOWTO: Add pictures to a cache listing & followed that but has problems at point 4 viz: You should now see a full size version of...

Re: Access to the GA App
No trouble shooting - just said that I should be able to use it straight away. Stated I should contact the Admin people. When I attempt to logon get an error that the username/password has an invalid value. Invalid username/password combination. The password is the one sent by GCA, all uppercase. My...

Access to the GA App
I reset my GCA password today & have access to the site including the forum. I am unable to logon on to the GA App though. I reset the GCA supplied password to a more manageable one & logged on to the site OK but not the app despite using the correct password. Changed the password back to that suppl...

Re: LGA maps
The A.C.T. has 18 DragonZones including a couple of far off islands so they are either over-governed or DZ not based on LGAs.budgietas wrote:Aren’t the dragonzones based on lga areas?

Re: May Madness Bonus
Just wondering whether I received the 2 times dragonZone points bonus for the group of caches I found on 19 May. As an example I found GA11609 on 19 May & recorded the find(s) before the cutoff & received 4 cache points & 168 cacher DZ points. On 23 May I found GA8889 & received 4 cache points & 168...

Re: Finding Own Caches
A couple of comments have caught my attention. First, I agree with WazzaAndWenches that I would also log my own event caches, should I host an event and perhaps even a locationless. Second, I agree with No_Tomorrow that finds should not be claimed on archived caches, particularly in circumstances s...

Re: Problem using the GCA Map to identify GC caches
Good to know I'm not unique! Thanks C@W for investigating the issue. Whatever you decide is fine with me. I looked for GCA caches today with only one GC on the list.

Problem using the GCA Map to identify GC caches
For sometime now I've had a problem using the GCA map to identify GC caches. Caches are the usual blue or red icons with the selected GCA cache the yellow/black star but then one or more GC caches will transform into blank yellow/black stars. The longer the map is open the more GC caches will transf...

Querys return zero caches
I have a range of Querys but all are returning zero caches. Checked & nothing has changed as to how I set them up last. Is there a problem?
(Don't worry. Went outside & when I came back checked again & all is well. Gremlins at play).

Re: Moveables icon in Oregon 600
Reset the device but there was no increase in the number of icons. In addition it lost the Mark Waypoint tab/icon however I found that pressing the second button allows me to mark waypoints so phew!. It now displays battery energy & satellite strength which had disappeared & I can also adjust bright...
