Team consists of 2 Adults and 2 Children (M 12 F 10 at the time of the event)

Like all th rest we enjoyed our time at the Megga Event. What we didn't like was the Gastro we got starting with Little image #2 1 hr from Wagga (7hr trip) she was sick 7 times on the way home then we all ended up with it over the next few days. Option 2 for me with the exception I dont discover a travkable. I log if I take it and place it but that iss all. As for detailed logs, I get excited when I get the email and opem it in anticipation to read "TNLN TFTC" How dissapointment! I would rather read intresting logs adding the whole expieria...

Read about t in a local newspaper. Didn't heve a GPS but went and found my first cache based on the description and the clue. Did a sawp (Spare PDA for a GPS) and the rest is......... well you know

WhereIgo with ipaq

Well I downloaded the software and got it running but I cant get it to talk to the bt GPSR. Any hints? all other apps communicate with the GPSR. I know that only app can access the GPSr at a time so I have eliminated that problem. Wehreigo just cant see the gps. Yuor help would be great Regards Cris...

I think my inverter killed the 2 replacement batteries I got for my old gateway (8+ years old) I now have no battey life at all. Even after having it plugged into 240V for 24hrs. Does any one know of some where I can get the battery referbed? I can get one from china for about $85.

If places in a sensible plave where it is a glance to the GPS and it does not inpeed the view of the driver it shouild be ok. In my car the gps is hard to mound so it is not above the bonnet line however in my wifes car we dont have a problem. I do object the them being placed high on the windscreen...

For me it is Photography, XC Skiing (ski patrol) Other rescues (SES member) bush walking, have caved in the past, fishing and building (houses or furniture or anything).

I doubt the apps will work or load. I have an iPod Touch and they don't have a GPS built in. Even if it did, I wouldn't take it geocaching as it's too fragile.
The description says it is for the Iphone or touch so it would remain to be tested.
