Re: Clan Phoenix Chat
Yes well if Ninjawolf would actually log caches instead of 'getting around' to it later those would have been logged on the three dates they actually happened. Of course it didn't occur to her to change the date on the log when she did it  Creative talent is good! So when's she defecting to P...

Re: Clan Phoenix Chat
Don't tempt me :-k It's actually quite nice being green. Easy too, despite what you might have heard to the contrary! Bring Ninja Wolf with you as well. Anyone who can find Miles and Miles, along with Mt Direction, on a school day, is a cacher any clan will be glad to acquire! Poor old Friesianess ...

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
Having just shifted allegiances, I was wondering what happens if I now allocate points to a cache I found as a Griffin. Will these now go to Phoenix, my new clan? Yes, from the time of your clan defection, all new points (either gained or allocated) will be assigned under your new clan, regardless ...

Re: Clan Phoenix Chat
Introducing ourselves; myself and daughter (Friesianess). We're defectors from Griffin where we were the only Tasmanians. We are still a bit sad about our recent clan, where we were just starting to feel at home, but the sad reality is that you can't be the only representatives of a clan within a an...

That's why we didn't go green initially, but viewed from a Tasmanian perspective, there's quite a lot of bull....Taz wrote:Stating the obvious here but is it quite fair that the green clan are vastly outnumbering the others?

Re: Griffin Clan
Friesianess and I have been considering our position and we've come the regretful conclusion that we are going to have to leave these golden halls, move a bit to the right and become a whole lot greener. When we joined, we tossed up between Griffin and Phoenix and went with the former as there were...

Re: Griffin Clan
Nutwood I hear you! I'd like to take my hat off to the two of you because you have made me grit my teeth several times this week as I watched you undo a very long and hard day out when my little team took over Launceston and surrounds. #-o Thanks for that Taz. There was nothing personal, after all,...

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
The Minotaurs are lucky I play the game fairly, otherwise the ... brown would be a lot more poop coloured  I've darkened off the colour for Minotaur. The zones tend to get caches at Google, so it might take a while to show up, but when it does, I expect you will be able to notice a big dis...

Re: Griffin Clan
Don't like to ask pointed questions, but when is someone going to do something about Victoria? Looks as though it only requires the taking control of a few Cerberus zones, many of which are only just held.....

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
While you're looking at colours and I hate to be picky but obviously I'm going to anyway. You can't tell the difference on the map between Griffin and Minotaur.... not that it's a huge big deal, quite frankly you just click and find out who's got an area but they do look the same  :minotaur T...

Re: Griffin Clan
Friesianess and I went for a bit of a drive to trial a strategy. I thought of it as teasing the Taurines but Friesianess preferred kicking Bovine butt . Either way, with a dozen or so cache finds, a couple of moveables and a few points, we took control of four zones. Tasmania has just chang...

Re: Griffin Clan
Has anyone worked out how the point scoring etc works yet? On observations to date, control of zones is based on finds. You find four caches in an area, score four. As far as DZ points go, with finds, it's the product of terrain and difficulty. Terrain 3, difficulty 2 = 2 x 3 = 6 DZ points. My susp...

Re: dragonZone
Friesianess and I are in exactly this position. In some cases we've previously found the cache together but I've logged it. My tactic is to drive (or walk) to the area, hand over the GPS and stand back. Chuckling when she looks in all the wrong places is optional but quite satisfying in a twisted wa...
