Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here

From my understanding the karma points are awarded according to the rank of the finder. The higher up the tree someone is the higher their karma is on your cache. If they just started it is low. If they are not in a clan you will get no karma points.

Re: Beacon and Podcache dZ Bonus

Tassie had at least 9 published during the games with a variety of audio. Lots of fun!

Re: Beacon and Podcache dZ Bonus

I hid a pod cache during this time and after struggling with somewhere to host my recording eg vocoroo (used previously) then speakpipe (when vocoroo stopped) I saw we can add an audio file direct to the cache page as long as it is an mp3 file. This makes life so much easier but it needs to be promo...

Re: Reactivate a moveable cache

I have GA6537 Crying cardboard angel and GA6003 Lucky Unicorn Ferry Service in my possession. Can they be reactivated please and I will move on? GA6537 is an unactivaed cache listing. Check that number again, please. GA6003 has an owner who hasn't logged in in a few years. https://geocaching.com.au...

Correct. A hide only benefits the hider. If you want to help others you need to hide new ones by 30 Nov but they can be any size.

Re: 2018/2019 Summer Game

Thanks for the quick reply.
Should we hold an event like you are doing in Victoria for bringing moveables together as you hint at that being beneficial?

2018/2019 Summer Game

Time is getting close for the start of the Journey or Destination game. I have a couple of questions: 1. From reading rules, if you hide a cache during the games it will only benefit you as the rules state on finding a cache during game it has to have been published prior to 1.12.18? 2. Should we be...

Re: Spring Carnival

A bit quieter this week now the Dinos have stopped racing. I thoroughly enjoyed the race. It was great to see such a variety of dinosaurs and names. Just noticed we now have the virtual dinosaur icon on our page. Thanks to everyone who hid and moved the dinos and thanks to all the behind the scene f...

Re: Report Site Issues Here

I just logged a trig, TP6657. I cannot deploy points. If you are trying to add extra points from your dropped points eg enhancer drops you wont be able too as you never added extra points in the 7 days after you found it. As it is in an 'unknown zone' it is a waste of time so you have saved your po...

Re: Report Site Issues Here

Is there a problem with the daily update email not being sent or is it just me that's not receiving it? I've received it almost every day for a number of years. Haven't changed anything recently (site or mail server) yet haven't received the emails for a few days. I have received my email today. I ...
