Re: Toolbox - Coordinates
You could try this converter. (Putting "S" and "E" before the coordinates may help).

You could ask your question in the GSAK forum Grahame. They are very helpful & may even write one for you.

Re: Geocaching story on 7.30 last night
Grrr!!!!!!! "Using multi million dollar satellites to find eclipse tins". After caching for over ten years it is really sad to note that the trend of placing small caches (without swaps) is increasing. While nanos and eclipse tins sometimes have their place in an urban environment these, along with ...

Re: Locating radio towers
Are we just talking ones for radio stations, or any sort of broadcasting/comms tower (which would lead to a rather large number). If the former I have the ACMA lists showing down to the nearest second the location of all the ones used for AM and FM (and TV) though in some cases the transmitter for ...

Garmin Montana Track Error (solutions wanted).
For some unexplained reason, recently every time I turn on my Montana it creates a track log line back to the previous place it was turned on (which could be hundreds of km away), yet the rest of the track log is accurate right up to where it was turned off. It DOES NOT draw a line between its last ...

Hi all web savvy cachers, my web host appears to be unable to host my blog efficiently, and support tickets drag on and on and on . . . Could someone recommend a cheap but reliable host that can redirect my domain name to their server and be able to support a wordpress blog, some email addresses and...

Re: Garmin GPS Units Freezing or Turning Off?
It might not be the complete cause of everyone's Montana freezing, but it's a step in the right direction.

Garmin GPS Units Freezing or Turning Off?
Hi, does your Garmin GPS freeze or turn itself off for no apparent reason? It's quite possible that some unwanted HTML characters (particularly <!-- ) are getting through into the logs being imported. See some details here. If you use GSAK, update to Version 8.5.1 Patch 28 and then do a Database > R...

I'm sick and tired of my Montana freezing, turning itself off at inappropriate times and directing me to drive for (insert inappropriate distance here) before making a U turn etc. ](*,) I'm wondering if there are any accurate, responsive, trouble free, auto routing, geocache friendly Garmin models o...
