Re: Its Official-we suck at this

I agree that iPad/iPhone devices are not the best thing to be using - I usually use them when I go somewhere and want to see if there is a cache nearby. If you want a cheap but efficient GPS to start off with, I would suggest the Garmin eTrex H. You can't download cache descriptions into it, but it ...

Also, I just noticed, my cache was commented on by "Hersien" so is there more than one?
Yes, there were some new caches published in Canberra today by this new "Hersien". Looks like we have a few new reviewers!

Re: Is it just me?

How did I know this post would be active after todays new published caches. Seriously, the name of the cache is the CO's personal choice. If you dont like it, deal with it and quick sooking about it. This hobby is not based on the name, its on the find. Sorry but this is just pathetic childs play.....

Re: Bingo - The moving cache race for 2012/2013

If a certain cacher isn't part of the game but still wants to log the moveables, is it ok if those cachers log a cache while in the hands of a playing cacher?

Re: Bingo - The moving cache race for 2012/2013

Since it is only the moved logs which count with bingo cards, does there have to be a found log preceding it? I don't want to find my own caches, but if I need one of my own cache numbers for bingo, I was wondering if a noted log to say that I had taken the cache followed by a moved log would work....

Re: Bingo - The moving cache race for 2012/2013

It appears that some people with more than one card have the same number written on different cards that they also own. Does that mean that if you find one cache with the required number, it only crosses off one number of the few numbers?

Re: Geo Art?

Here is one that I spotted on the maps. Next to the Route 66 PT, there is "Geo Art" next to it that was published a few months ago. It looks really cool. Here is the link:

Re: Australian Power Trails

In the ACT, we have a new PT of 52 caches. It's named "50 Must See Places". Each cache is named after a must see place around the world. I still need to go out there and do it, but from what I've heard, it's a fantastic PT to do! Bookmark Listing - http://www.geocaching.com/bookmarks/view.aspx?guid=...
