I can't get GSAK to work on my USB U3 drive. I run it on my eeePc on an SD card, coz there isn't much room left on my 4gb drive! So far, so good.

I use a spreadsheet to record cache name & GC code, date found, and type in what I want to put in the log. I can happily use the laptop whilst Mr J is driving (even better now with the eeePC!) Then when I get to log the caches, I just have to copy and paste, making the time on the net a little bit q...

Another problem we found with the cards was the wind, you open the cache box and the wind whips through and off they go. There was one instance where we couldn't retrieve a couple, because of the terrain, that is when they become litter (there was no way either of us was going over the cliff!).
