Re: Souvenirs
Perhaps GC could make a souvie for every day of the year. Everyone will soon get sick of them and GC can then stop wasting time on worthless crap and start fixing all the problems people are complaining about. Wishful thinking ](*,) The problem is that from Groudspeak's point of view they aren't wo...

Re: Feature Request - mass tagging
I just made a query for the tag and noticed it was different to yours. Now I see that you have done active only over SA and Vic which makes sense. I did all caches in SA only. No big deal - just curious.

Re: Ammo can thief - a geocacher?
This has occurred in SA to. One of the theories we had was that the thief was at least aware of geocaching and how it works. If they leave the contents behind, the theft goes undetected for some time as the CO will continue to get "Found It" logs. And when they do work out that the ammo can is missi...

Geocaching Australia Calendar Reminder to Find a Cache on Each Day of the Year Sunday 25th September 2016 You have requested to be reminded that you haven't found a cache on this day of the year. So go and find a cache and mark today off your checklist. http://geocaching.com.au/cacher/Laighside Leg...

Re: Report GCA Site issues here
A minor issue with the "Find a Cache on Each Day of the Year" email reminders. Usernames with spaces don't get converted to URL format - ie. "Laighside Legends" should become "Laighside+Legends" for the URL link to the graph but it doesn't.

Re: Feature Request - mass tagging
That's odd - when I do a query for the tag "wandering heroes power trail" I get 352 (SA only - not including the two in Vic).caughtatwork wrote:I have added:
wandering heroes power trail
to the query which will now return 347.

Re: Feature Request - mass tagging
I couple of issues I've noticed. Importing tags with a csv file causes existing tags to be removed - shouldn't it just add the new ones to the existing ones? Importing a file with more than 1 tag per cache also fails - although this may be intentional. I've jazzed up the SA section of the wiki power...

Re: GeosportZ 2016
Yay! I somehow finished on the podium! (even though technically I probably should be in 4th place) And best out of the non-NSWelshman - I'm not quite sure what to think of that! (interesting thought for next time - minor prizes for 1st place in each state?) Thanks to all the organisers for making it...

Re: GeosportZ 2016
Last time I thought the site allowed you to view all the caches that were part of the game and who found what (and we used to go and laugh at the wrestling cache photos) Does that exist this time around?

Re: GeosportZ 2016
Impressive. At the start I worked out that while 38 was theoretically possible, I didn't think anyone would have just the right caches to achieve it. For the 'variable points' caches you would need to find all 22 within a total of 150 - an average of a little under 7 points per cache. You must have ...

Re: GeosportZ 2016
So, there appears to be a tie for first place at the moment. Last time there was some 3rd criteria that people with equal points/claims were separated by - does that still exist?
And in the case of a tie for 1st place I would have thought there should be no 2nd place?
