I've emailed an administrator but for everyone, this is my question. If we aren't sure if something will meet the requirements, is it protocol to email first and check? Or the administrators aren't going to advise in advance and we'll just have to take our chances? The requirement I'm thinking of i...

Q: I assume only 1 requirement per find? eg if a Cache qualifys for more that one I assume I can only log 1 req. Yes, that's my understanding ... one requirement per cache. I'm thinking about, what if we aren't sure if the cache meets the requirement, like the Locationless Cache one? Should we emai...

Yep. But the Queenslanders haven't yet realised they have caught up to Melbourne time wise. Look, I have too many other time zones to have to worry about to be concerned what Melbourne is doing!! Daylight savings adjustments for North America, Europe, Asia! Arrgghhh!!! (oh and please don't lump my ...

The requirements for last year's game Fleet to Federation are at http://www.cachinggames.com/fleettofederation/requirements.php , and I would guess they will be in similar vein for this game. For example, placing a GCA cache was one of the requirements. Ahhh, now I see! Thanks heaps for that link, ...

Yep read that and read the expanded rules as well. I guess you just have to be in it to understand.

I'm not entirely sure I know what this game is. I must have been living under a rock last year. Can you give me a better idea of what the plan is? Do you issue a requirement like; 10points for all caches over 300 metres above sea level or something? and then we all race off finding the highest cache...

I wouldn't go to that kind of expense, although it is very generous of you. If you are intending to do that, I would make it public knowledge at least a couple of weeks in advance of you publishing the cache to drum up interest. I'm not sure about the area you live in, but up here in Brisbane there ...

I agree with all of the above. If there is no particular reason for the cache to be a micro, ie, a tricky camouflage (think wingaap), a clever series (think the Nosugref's nano's or 7 dwarfs) or because of its location; I would much rather see a regular cache. Although I'm probably saying this becau...

Seems to remember following the arrow that must be followed to a Brisbane cache at around 2.30 am one October morning last year. Down and up through a gully, with all sorts of thorny grabby plants in the vicinity. Off Track was the cache, and worst of all, we didnt find it. Now this is one of my ca...

36,350.43 kilometres on 363 cache finds according to GC. Add a couple more GCA caches and I reckon that pulls us up to 36,355 kilometres! This does include a trip to the US.

Doesn't the "e" dictate that the vowel is lengthened, in British English anyway?

How is it pronounced in England?
