That sounds like a challenge.And yes they did give me the zone, but I won't include that or you will know where I am talking about which might be considered commercial in confidence.
Well, I accept your challenge and all I will say is: make sure you get a good photo of the trig on the roof.

So where does this set fit in? It's just like a trig but it says on the description that it's a permanent marker, or the series is. http://geocaching.com.au/cache/tp5620 - there's three more there apparently. These Permanent Marks are part of the Newcastle EDM Testline. Surveyors use these testline...

Often the old maps have a trig marked on them in one position and now there's a trig nearby on a water tower. It's hard to know whether they should take the same name.
