Re: Sub Menu
Cached is looking into a plan to reorganise the menu structure (thank you). To help her see what submenus might look like, under your MY tab, your Hotlists are now on a submenu. There should be a white right arrow head indicating a new submenu on that item. If you hover over Hotlists you should get...

Within 30 km radius There are 793 caches (492 unfound). Within 40 km radius There are 1,180 caches (857 unfound). Wi...

Re: Cache alerts: GCA only?
Given that GC caches show up on GCA searches anyway, what incentive is there for people to list here rather than on GC? To help grow the community on the site To (eventually) earn GCA specific pathtags for 100 found GCA caches To support the crew that provide: awesome site features like really flex...

Re: Mystery / Puzzle Caches over Multi's
Unfortunately, multis and unknown caches are not mutually exclusive cache types <snip>... A good way of separating them should be this - you should be able to turn up at the listed coords of a multi and start the cache, whereas an unknown should not require you to turn up at the listed coords. Yep,...

Re: caches with the wrong cache-types
it's a puzzle - you have to do some homework before you start: http://coord.info/GCP4RG Agreed it's a multi: just go there with the description: http://coord.info/GCX484 Hmm, my initial reaction is that I disagree, but on further thought, I am in two minds. Firstly, many other similar caches are al...

Re: Garmin Adds Multicache Support in Latest Beta
is the iophone app coming out with a multi function? at the moment it appears that you can only do trads, am I right? It lets you do all types. It displays any child waypoints on screen and let's you add your own. (Since v4 it even lets you edit them \:D/ ) If you are only seeing Trads you need to ...

Re: Cool New Macro for GSAK! Achievement Badges!
You need another macro to upload the stats. If you look on the page for the Badge macro, there is a set of instructions (with links) explaining the macros to grab, and most importantly the settings to use and how to link them together. Works like a treat!

Re: Wanting to join, need help and advice
Wow. I never new this existed!! It would have been great when I was just starting out (not that I have been around long - just over 3 months, but will >300 finds I don't know that I still qualify as totally new) Wish there were more out my way... Hmm, maybe I should consider volunteering in a little...

Re: Report GCA Site issues here
How come the Top Finders GCA (month) on the home page includes Locationless, but the same section in the State page excludes them? (Guessing same behaviour for Overall numbers too) I first noticed because my total on the Vic page didn't match my find total, but then realised I wasn't special/singled...

Re: Puzzle caches - solved but not found
MyMGE sounds like it could be useful... and help with the accesibility issue. I'll google it (unless someone has a handy link). I have my own site (although not used for its initial purpose :P it has space) I have since moved my GSAK install to the common network drive at home (rather than one parti...

Re: Puzzle caches - solved but not found
Thanks Team Rubik, I didn't think of that. That will work when I am at home and on the main pc ... once I update my GSAK info (I haven't updated it as it is easier to view live at the many places I am). Unfortunately, it won't work when planning from work, or at other peoples houses, or in the field...

Puzzle caches - solved but not found
Just a rambling wish here, but I have noticed that wishes tend to get serious discussion around here (and many times become new features). I (like many) have limitations on the times I can get out to cache due to family commitments, so I spend quite a bit of time solving Mystery/Puzzle caches so tha...

Re: Geosphere
It is v4 of the groundspeak app. I have not yet upgraded my iphone to os4 as the backup keeps crashing, but have upgraded the app and the tracking is so much worse than it used to be... anyone would think they are trying to discourage its use!!!
