Re: OzMega 2014 Pathtag Trading

I have emu and crocodile left over, might have a kangaroo spare. ~but~ I was so busy filling in the gaps at Oz Mega I missed the two trading sessions I scheduled myself for.... I still have 180 Oz Mega personal tags to trade for.... Anybody have any of their event tags left? I'll happily just trade ...

Re: iPad/iPhone app - Geobucket

I adore Geosphere as it never gets stuck like the gc.com app so often does. I have all of SA loaded and keep it updated with Gc.com PQs that I copied from the pages here on GCA. The only part I don't like about the app is uploading offline logs (like when I find caches on the Wandering Heroes trail)...

Re: look who is #1 now...

Woohoo! I've just been waiting for Liz & Bruce to get their finds logged! It was a lot of fun helping them get past Maccamob on Route 66 and other caches last week. Both Maccas and Liz & Bruce are some of the nicest Aussies I've met, so egging on the competition was thrilling! :D Congrats on climbi...

Re: THEME for personal 2012 Oz Mega Event PATHTAGS..

That's way too cute. Now, is the dog hitchhiking? shouldn't he be looking toward traffic headed to Oz Mega so they can pick him up? ...and if my assumption is correct, that is panel 1. Panel 2 is a 4wd pulled up in front of him. Panel three is the bottom block of stone, the sign and just the tailpip...

Re: Concerns re 2012 Oz Mega.

On another note - Part of the adventure is the journey and for me, the journey will be exactly the same :? This I kinda agree with you on, Ciril & I were talking about this and He told me the same thing, I had never thought of it like that either. The way there will be the same one people traversed...

Re: Concerns re 2012 Oz Mega.

As an international visitor who attended the first MEGA and intends to attend this second one I'm putting in my two cents. First, I said it before Oprah did, "I love Australia" for MANY reasons -- the people being #1 on the list. You (Australian geocachers) will disappoint me greatly if you don't f...

I visited Corryong during the Wagga event and loved every site and sound of the side trip! This will be a DELIGHT, for sure!

Re: One find every 56 seconds....

@imapom: Several of my locals (Austin, TX) have completed the trail. One in particular provided a crib sheet of sorts that says there are 168 miles (270.4 km) between gas stations (Ash Springs and Tonapah) Also, you should be aware that the west end of the series is in higher elevation and its snowi...

Re: Seeking assistance with getting TB to Seattle WA, USA

Hello! I think richary was referring to me. I'm from Texas, but would be glad to transport the TB back to the US and see if I can't find a TX cacher headed for WA. I'm in Sydney until noon on Tuesday 12 April. How would you like to get the TB to me?
