Maybe they could change the name to "Australian Geocaching Magazine" to avoid any confusion.
I see they have a very small IN above Geocaching Australia, not very obvious. When I first came across this I immediately thought of this site.

Re: Advice - snake on a cache
I had an incident last year looking for a cache. The location was some bushland near a beach with many large rocks scattered around. My GPS took me to a large pile of boulders, so I grabbed a stick and started poking around. I saw an object which I thought was the cache so tried to hook it out with ...

Re: Launching Australia's "OZ MEGA ADVENTURE"
Look like it’ll be good although a bit disappointed it’s in the same state as this years.
Would be nice to see the mega event move around the country.

I had the same issue with another store. E-mail Groundspeak with your tracking number and explain the issue and they’ll send you the activation code.

Travel Bug Rescue
I’ve noticed a lot of post about travel bugs stuck in caches and people asking for help to move them along. Well help is out there; Travel Bug Rescue . This website was setup by some Germans but has rapidly grown across the world. You can submit a rescue request and ask other geocachers for help. Th...

Re: Magellan Explorist GC
I’ve been looking at this unit too. I’m currently using the Garman eTrex and like the paperless feature the Magellan GPS provides. I only use my GPS for geocaching so this item really appeals to me. There are a few good videos on youtube but they have mainly been done by Americans and Europeans. Wou...

Re: Geocachestore in Australia still in existance?
Hi Damo, We are growing the store slowly as we have seen others struggle in the past year. Some have even stopped trading. We have new stock on its way from Groundspeak which should arrive by the end of next week. If there is an item you’d like to see stocked let us know, we are always open to sugge...

Re: Geocachestore in Australia still in existance?
Are there any other local suppliers for trackables etc? Who does everyone use? Hi Everyone, I run my own Geocaching store based in Perth, http://www.jockaroo.au.com . Our stock selection is small as we only sell what we physically have. This way we can ship orders as soon as possible, no need to wa...
