Re: Pathtag Bags - hand crocheted.
What a generous offer. They are fantastic. I don't collect pathtags really and I was going to leave my comment at that...but now I've just seen the..."you don't have to put pathtags in it" bit. No, I don't need one, but I think they're wonderful and you are very clever and generous with your offer. ...

Re: Library Geocaching
And in Tassie there's Beloved Books GA0256 by Forthferalz. This is a lovely cache - it is disguised as a book on the shelf - you'd wonder that it would have got picked up and muggled, but it's been there since 2005. Carefully constructed and it's one of those really nice caches. It's shelved in the ...

Re: SECOND Geocaching Motivations Survey
I'm supposed to be doing my own studying, but I gave in to the distraction! That was a fun survey! I was rung up the other night and asked in a foreign voice if I would participate in a survey that would take 40mins. I said no and hung up. A day later, my partner told me it was him...

Re: Ideas for Activities at a Winter Event
Arranging snowfall for the event worked magically for us at last year's Christmas in Winter (Hobart) event!

Re: Early idea for 2013/2014 race
I LOVE the sound of this one. Captures what's great about caching, people can still cache in different ways (ie. all cache types) and encourages team spirit. I think it's great that it's not just moveables - but I understand their importance for people that have already found the existing trads etc....

Enjoy your quick trip in Tasmania - seems like you're meeting the challenge! Hope you enjoy your morning tomorrow before flying out at lunch time. Are you caching again before going to the airport?

Re: Visiting from Denmark
I'm impressed that you're visiting Tassie - we get forgotten a bit, but we actually don't mind. :) If you're on tours during the day, I'd guess that you're on foot in the evening times so need city centre type caches? (There's a great night cache We Come in Peace GC1DA0H but it's about 5 or 6 km out...
