Re: EcoCaches

In theory I like the idea. The biggest risk I see is unintentional introduced weeds, either from contaminated soil carrying common garden weeds into the bush, or accidental release of a noxious plant due to simply not knowing better. Can you imagine a well intentioned release of ornamental bamboo......

Shop Postage (Pathtags)

Hey guys, just a quick heads up. On my last 2 PT orders they have only had a $1 stamp which was not enough to cover the postage and I had to go into the post office and correct the difference (small post pack should be $3.50). You may need to update the shop postage rates! :-$

Re: glueing magnets to plastic

Polyurethane glue will work well. Gorilla is the most recognisable brand but there are cheaper ones. It will be brown and runny. Keep in mind it needs to be clamped and will expand on curing. It will however stick just about anything to anything.

Got my 3 out! The GCA shop Dino's were a great option during this non-holiday period. Hoping to see a number pop up around Sydney tomorrow!

Sounding like fun!

Hopefully a few of my caches still waiting for FTF the last few months might finally see some love ;)

Re: 2017/2018 Summer Game

Yes I think the Scav Hunt was great but too long. I think there might be some traction in the idea of including GC.com caches at 1/2 or 1/3 of the points for finds... obviously not for hides. Perhaps a game that combines a moving cache focused race with other aspects like Geosportz/River Deep style ...
