and you will see there are a lot of Scouters involved in Geocaching or in Victoria you can go to http://www.vicscouts.com.au/geocaching.html and see that we are very involved in promoting Geocaching within Scouts.

Ok, ok, ok I have given in to the craze. I have heard about these for a little while and now I have joined the masses. Started yesterday and now have 8 captures.

All things considered if I had to choose I would be going to the NZ event as I have travelled the area of the Oz event many times and this would be my first trip to NZ.
However this is not set in stone.
If the NZ event is in October then I would be gladly attending both.

I have been planning a "Brumby" pathtag for some time so I hope it is Brumbies

Well what a controversial forum. I have read all the posts in all the forums about both of these events and I think that some calm needs to take place. People should stop, step back, take a deep breath and then think before posting. The committee have put in place an event that they concider will be...

Datruk will be attending, If it is in October it would be even better as I could make both events. I would make it a caching, fishing, photograpghy and catch up 2 weeks.

As a Scout Leader this is a great idea. We are planning a series for our local scouts to do.
