Re: GeGnome Project - Photos and fun

The arm has now been reunited with the rest of the gnome! Surgery performed. Pix when I'm not so tired... Thank you TaylorBrats - I was feeling so guilty about Shadow Gnome's arm. You've had a busy few days, performing surgery whilst also finding MetroGnome! =D> You're most welcome pwags! MetroGnom...

Re: Launching Australia's First Ever Mega Event-Wagga Wagga 2010

So. One week to go!

I had stated my intention to attend last March. Do we need to do anything more (aside from show up?!)?

Hoping to camp onsite.

Will be good to meet a few more of you!

Re: Scouting Cachers

They are still having Market Day/Visitor Day, but my understanding (and please, anyone correct me if I've gotten my wires crossed on this one) is that even for visitor day, people needed to have permission in advance to enter the site. I was told to inform all my parents that if they wanted to visit...

Re: Scouting Cachers

May I suggest though that if a GCA geocaching event was to be hosted it may attract more people if you host it on the open day...the day which is open to all scouts who haven't attended the Jamboree. FYI (in case you hadn't heard before now) they've been telling us that anyone wishing to visit AJ20...

Re: Scouting Cachers

Would love some caches in the rough proximity of Cataract Park! :D I noticed on one of the AJ2010 info maps, that the Jamboree is having a geocaching activity area within the park during the camp, but other caches nearby would certainly get some use by more than one or two of us Scouters! (There are...

Re: Are Nanos real caches?

With apologies to Dr Seuss .... That nano-cache, that nano-cache I do not like that nano-cache. Would you find it in a tree? I would not, could not in a tree. Would you find it by the sea? I would not, could not by the sea. I would not find it on a bridge, I would not find one near a ridge. Not on ...

Re: dog poo

Spotlight at both Epping & Essendon (in Melb) had some in the Spartys fancy dress section at the end of last week. Was looking for bday things, and the poop stood out both times! lol

Not sure if that'll help?

Re: CHRISTMAS CACHING TRIP TO TASMANIA

There's one on the way to Scottsdale that takes you upto an old lookout, which the kids and I enjoyed when we were there in Feb this year. And one right near the caravan park we were staying at, that took us to this lovely little boardwalked rainforest type area, that we would have otherwise complet...

Welcome Taylorbrats. And thanks for your kind words about our 'crap' thread. I better limit my posts else I get a thread named after me. B. Haha. Thanks for the welcome - and to Damo (?) in the poll thread! Have been lurking since Dec, and realised it's under my skin, so voila, you've got me...
