PM sent. We are not sure about power for camping at the site, and will be discussing details with the scouts in the near future.

The other option is the Bunks, with 70 beds in small rooms, there is ample on site under cover. We might even try to get a special deal out of a few nearby ...

Well after only a couple of days of voting it continues to be fairly positive with at least 90% voting Yes or maybe. As I said an announcement will be made soon and although the plans are only in their infancy at this stage, it shall be one very big event if all the current comments are anything to ...

If you draw a line from Brisbane to Melbourne & then another line from Sydney to Adelaide, they intersect at a point about 1 ho...

I don't know about Council approval, as such an event would be held at a large camp ground or event facility. Our last event was at a scout camp ground which caters for up to 1,000 kids at a jamboree, with bunk accommodation for some also. Such a place is available at a hire price, which includes ki...

I wonder if the "500 people' rule really is 500 'people' or is it really intended to be '500 caching teams'. 500 people could be 200+ actual teams (singles & familes) 500 teams could be 1000+ people Now, if it was only 150-200 teams, then a central place between 3 states could conceivably host a meg...
