Hi Guys,

I paid for my full subscription to GSAK and enjoyed using the program on my PC
Updated to Mac about 18 months ago and no support for GSAK on mac.

Re: Cache contents what do you leave and why?

I have been leaving an Australian Penny in almost every cache I manage to find. First batch I bought on EBay never really bothered with dates, bought a bulk lot recently and pulled out a 1920 with dots under the scroll. Re: New caches placed with a phone

There are plenty of other cachers placing pretty average caches looking at back fences etc. At least this one is placing them at locations worth a visit.

Re: New caches placed with a phone

Thanks I think adding a co-ord to log makes sense.
Cacher has placed 20 in 3 months and I love that they are not far from home.

New caches placed with a phone

We have a new cacher close to home, who has now placed multiple caches. All with a GPS in the mobile phone. I have a relative that finds caches very well this way. My question relates to placing them this way? I am asking because the co-ords are always 6 -10m out. You know for sure it wont be at GZ ...

Re: Searching for a GCA cache in a random area???

Thanks for your help, learnt something today.
I was with another cacher so I will have to let him know he signed the wrong cache. Up there Sedan is within 5 Metres.

Cheers from Mal

Re: You know you're a Geocacher when............................

When you seriously consider burying the kids easter eggs and giving them the co-ords to go find them. I did not do it but still think it would be good fun for them and me!
