Home co-ordinates

Hi we are having trouble adding our home co-ords to our settings ,mostly we are trying to set up alerts ,but every time we try w e get the message that we have no home co-ords set ,we are fairly confident we have entered the co-ords correctly ,even copied and pasted from GC.com ,any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

Can you confirm that where you are setting the home coordinates is the http://geocaching.com.au/my/settings/ page and then the 'update' button to save them.

They should show on that page if you refresh it after the update.

You have two profiles attached to the same cacher name. That's causing the problem as one of them does not have the co-ords set. I've updated them manually.

Thank you for your help ,it is working now ,we have noticed we have 2 profiles and have tried to delete one but again another failure for us ,are you able to delete one for us ? Thanks again for your help
