Clan Minotaur

Post by spatialriq » 14 April 14 3:33 pm

Guess I better start a thread for Minotaur since it's the only one not present ... until now! :minotaur

I'm in Perth, WA. Where are the rest of clan :minotaur from?

Yorke Peninsula! :minotaur :minotaur :minotaur

We seem to be doing quite well in SA with 12 zones under our control (of the current 13 zones controlled). Although I think this is mainly because several interstate cachers are here for the mega...

Launceston Tasmania. Haven't been out much since the game started, don't really like Caching on my own and my husband has a new 'project', so I'm waiting for the 'shine' to wear off so he'll come out with me again.
School holidays are about to start though, my son needs driving hours  and I'm sure I can find something to bribe my daughter with....

Bring it on!

Still don't think I've wrapped my head around the whole game yet but I figure it's as simple as going out and snapping up all the blue ones and I can't go wrong. 8)

From Ulverstone Tasmania. Unfortunately we have found most of the local GCA caches and only have those trig points in remote and hard to get to places. Hope to put our a few new ones soon.

So just because this is a bit of fun and I'm loving the twist on Caching (yeah and the dragon thing isn't hurting either) I'd like to start us up our own Facebook group, what do you all think? Or is that taking things WAY too far?
If you like the idea please PM me, FB doesn't allow groups to be created unless you have names to add to the memberlist... :-$

BTW: Just took out North Midlands...... :minotaur

..... and central highlands.....

Great going Taz. We're not much help in Tassie as we have found nearly all the readily accessible GCA caches. As one of us has a severe mobility problem at the moment we have had to put off planned treks to some remote GCA caches. We have however put out 4 new ones along the walking tracks from East Devonport heading to the airport and have allocated some of our points so that we can hopefully maintain control for a while. Off to Sydney for a few days so hope to pick up a few GCAs but not sure that we would be able to gain control of any NSW zones on this visit. Keep up the good work.

It's a little sad that I was the last person to post in here and that was back in May!

Anyway I wanted to touch base with anyone from Ballarat area or Adelaide. I'm heading over that way in a couple of weeks and wondered if there was anywhere I should focus my efforts?
