Was only vaguely aware that the site was down while trying out the new (to us, anyway) experience of surfing the net on our iPhones, and then confirming the fact by checking the forums, again on the phone.
Like setsujoku we have almost all of SA's caches loaded onto the Oregon, so it didn't matter. We found a grand total of one cache in between helping pick 780kg of olives over the weekend (which yielded 138 litres of extra virgin olive oil... the olives, that is, not the cache)
GC down! What did you do?

Oh, we had them stored but the problem is that we had found them all.rhinogeo wrote:Found some caches using my GSAK, Cachemate and my Vista HCx
Are there actually people that don't have any caches stored in an offline database
The closest one to us was over 150kms away. We decided to do them anyways. Now we are off to Townsville for a 5 day long weekend as they are now the clossest, besides Rocky, that are left to find.
Re: GC down! What did you do?
We were in our hotel room in Cape Town, South Africa trying to log the caches we had found by taxi that day. Then it was time to go to bed!
Re: GC down! What did you do?

Seems ok in S.A. I've been on for about 40 mins without problems
