Report dragonZone issues / problems here
Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
Hi is there anyway to stop the stickers counting towards your DZ Bag?
They take up unnecessary room that could be used for other items.
Also is there a way to trade them back for research materials or a way to remove them from your bag without having to put them on a cache?

You an delete stickers if you don't want them. The bin icon went missing, but is now back and you should see it next to each item you can delete.
The reason we have them as a countable item in your bag is to encourage you to use them else you'll end up with 1,000's. So really the easiest way to lower your count is to stick them on a cache (or delete them )

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
Have we had any amalgamation of dragonZones in NSW? I certainly didn't think so and I couldn't see any changes therefore I'm guessing not, so this may be a problem/bug...
While looking at dZ on Friday 4 Feb and according to my dZ trophy page, I still needed to find one dragonZone in NSW to qualify for the NSW Statesman trophy. However, according to my dragonZone Area Challenge map for NSW, I still needed 5. My own records also show I still needed 5 to qualify for the trophy. The map still currently shows I need 5. These 5 are:
Unincorporated NSW,
Broken Hill,
Central Darling,
Dungog, and
Gloucester.
Then on Saturday 5 Feb I noticed my dZ points balance had increase significantly and upon checking found I had been awarded the NSW Statesman trophy. I haven't been to any of those dZ in the recent past and certainly haven't logged any finds in them. I have found caches in 2 of them - Unincorporated NSW and Broken Hill, however those finds were in April 2013 and before I joined the dZ game.
At this stage I don't believe I qualify for the NSW Statesman trophy, so could a check be done to see if there is a problem/bug.

Moveables.
e.g. https://geocaching.com.au/cache/GA3691
It's in Dungog but you didn't find it in that zone, but it is now there (and archived).
The map likely excludes moveables whereas the Statesman ignores that restriction.

Wow. I thought moveables were not included in any of those types of trophies.
Thanks for the heads up.

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
I'm not sure if it's because of my geo-name change or if it's been that way for a while without me noticing, but my research 'Gotta Find Em All' and '3x3 Well Rounded Cacher' things seem to have reset. I'm back to square 1. I can't remember if I had any of the 'Gotta Hide Em All' ones. I have no screen shot of what I did have so can't help there. I have no clue if I've lost research points from this reset as I'm not sure how many I had before.
I'm not worried about the loss of claims. I am only slightly concerned about losing any green/level 2 research points because they are so hard to accrue. Haha. I'm really just letting you know there is a bug somewhere in the system. If it is a name change thing, hopefully nothing or not too much else has reset/wrongly changed.

Thanks for letting me know.
I had not updated the section where you can change your cacher name to include all of the latest tables for the games and research. They shold now be updated and everything should be as you expect.

Issue on phones where from Home Screen if a research task icon is next to the GCA icon, you can't click it, and you need to go to another page to be able to click the link

I can. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 and when I tap (today) on the Research Zone icon (spiky ball sticky thing), I go to the right page.
If you could please provide some more information such as what model and brand of phone you are using as well as which browser and version, whether it's in portrait or landscape mode, that will help diagnose if this is a wide issue or a device specific issue.

Ahh, safari is the problem. Sorry, this is a known problem with Safari that does not respect the "use" parameters of our SVG (Scalar Vector Graphics) files. There is nothing we can do at this end to resolve the problem. We have done our best for most of the issues with Safari, but there are some that simply beat us.
