Not quite the same item as usual, but today there is a In-Car 12V to 220V Power Converter
75W Power Inverter with USB charging Input

Could be handy

Except I would be sus about using an inverter like that continuously, powered off a ciggy lighter. Ok if running through a heavy duty plug set up for the purpose.

75w is also quite minimal.

I was considering a 150w inverter and it was recommended to get the 300w inverter. I also had my wiring ugraded to one of the cigarette adapter points to 15amp so as to run the higher inverter.

This plug is far enough away from the others so as not to get confused as to which plug to use with the inverter.
