They are back on Zazz, but just for today.

At $7.60 + postage, it is not bad value.

I bought 2 today, makes 5 bought in total. I have killed one, melted the plug. They dont like running a 12v laptop power supply through them.

I've had three of these, and now don't use any of them. The USB output is low and noisy (no good for current-hungry things like ipads or dual-core Android phones running GPS, speaker, 3G data, etc. all at once!) and the 12v outlets seem to stop working for no good reason.

I bought one good 3-way 12V adaptor (which fits in my ashtray section) and a 2A/1A/.5A USB adaptor, and it all works much better now.

Not having bought them before, is that a good price when adding postage on?

Just checked out the Bison tubes on Zazz, the price is $7.85 with $3.95 postage. A similar product is available from the GCA shop http://geocaching.com.au/shop/index.php ... duct_id=68 For $2.75 each with $3.00 fixed postage.

I think I would prefer to buy them from GCA and support this site.
