Travel "coin"?

Post by Ebenezer » 05 August 03 2:58 pm

Yesterday I found a travel "coin" (an Oregon Geocoin to be precise) in a Blue Mountains cache. The bag that the coin was in directed me to http://www.cogeo.org/ (although there was nothing on the coin itself to indicate this).

They have a tracking system for the numbered coins on their site, although it does not have a way of linking to the associated cache pages on the secondary site.

Interesting.

It looks like their tracking system (at geocoins.ca) is slightly more advanced.

Hounddog and I found a geocoin in Darwin the other day. I haven't been home long enough to check the site out but I can tell you that I was very excited when we found it. Just gotta unpack first.
