Could only pop in for a few minutes between puting the kids to bed and finishing off some work. Lots of fun!

Loony, for man who popped in and out you managed to answer a few questions..... I'm dammed if I can type that fast or secondly come up with the answers that quick.
I guess thats what happens when you connect at 33000bps

What has happened to night time caching?
For that matter what has happened to any type of caching?
Are trivia nights more entertaining than caching?
Sorry everyone but this is the sort of thing that gets on my back.

I have no time for nighttime caching during the week.
I get home at about 5:30, pick up my son from school and get home by 6.
Then, I have dinner and get some work done on some programming I have or work on the GeoBot or work on many websites I have plus catch up on all the news on the net and various forums I am a member of.
By that time, it's either time for bed or I might sit in the loungeroom with my wife to watch some TV and wind down.

I'm not keen on nighttime caching anyway.

PS: New questions are available on the bot as submitted by a couple of cachers. I will activate them one night when we are ready to test it. I didn't add it to the 10,000 questions as they may never show up, so one night we can test out the submitted questions :)

Results of Sunday Night Trivia

Post by The Ginger Loon » 02 June 03 1:12 am

We couldn't work out how to get a full score for Sunday night trivia so here's the cut and paste version of the top 3 players when play was stopped just before midnight;

<ul><li>23:48 | <GeoBot> TheGingerLoon now has 69 points and is ranked 1st of 11.</li><li>
23:47 | <GeoBot> alex now has 57 points and is ranked 2nd of 11 behind TheGingerLoon</LI><li>
23:52 | <GeoBot> MindSocket now has 20 points and is ranked 3rd of 11 behind alex</li></ul>

Thanks to everyone who played, I look forward to playing again soon.

There is a score table in HTML format on my home computer, but I don't want to publish the URL as it would take up my 3Gb bandwidth limit.
I will probably set up a script to FTP the HTML file to geocaching.bangrocks.com once every 30 minutes. That will give you an idea of how you are all doing.

That's only for downloads. There are no limits on uploads!
