I photographed it from S33° 38.559 E149° 24.900. I don't know what trig this is. Any ideas? Maybe the structure on the left is a clue.

Most likely TS7042 Three Brothers. That's the closest one to the west of your coordinates on maps.six.nsw.gov.au

Do you have the coordinates for that? I can't find that trig on the GA trig map.

S33° 38.791' E149° 23.408'

You can see the other object on satellite image also. I'm guessing it's some kind of weather station.

No ACMA allocations for near that location so if it is a weather station it's not reporting back to BoM (unless it's using the mobile network).

Three Brothers trig is not on the GA map then. I also checked archived, and it doesn't appear there either. I wonder why? Anyway, I could publish the trig. Later though. I am about to go out caching. Waiting on a couple of fellow geocachers to arrive.

Probably not on GCA because it is on private property and approx 1.5km from the nearest road. It looks to be more like 2km from your coordinates.

What size of zoom were you using?

It's a point and click camera. It says 60X. I'm suspicious though that after 30X it's empty magnification.
