Need some help to rescue a CBD geocache!

Post by garnercx » 25 September 12 11:15 am

My CBD geocache has been reported as having a missing container, with the contents and log in it's hiding place.

I'm working on a contract in Bayswater at the moment and won't be able to get to it till late tonight. Is anyone able to go and rescue the remaining contents and the log book for me?

It's a geocaching.com cache (http://coord.info/GC2GVR5) and it's behind the metal door in the lane way, so I assume that the contents are lying in the alcove.

Is anyone able to help?

I might be able to... I'm in footscray now, have to head out to port melb a bit later this arvo...

What did you want done, just hold onto it and catch up somewhere?

Yep, exactly.

I understand that the log book and some contents are lying in the alcove where the cache used to be. The container has gone, but it's the log book I really want to save.

Landau351 said he can go at lunch time, but if anyone can get there quicker, that might help.
