travel bug querie
travel bug querie
Hi all. I picked up a travel bug last weekend. I have friends (fellow geocachers) who are travelling abroad shortly, I was wondering if I can hand the t.b. onto them to place it while they are away?

As they are geocachers, they can simply grab it from you into their own inventory, and hide it overseas - that's the "proper" way to do it, and easiest.jacko275 wrote:Hi all. I guess they could hide it on your behalf, but that makes logging a bit messy as you would be dropping it into a cache you hadn't visited yourself. Not sure there's anything wrong with that, just makes things more confusing I suppose (eg. if you write a note for a cache, does it allow you to drop at travelbug too?)...
