Need a geocaching fix

Post by Ebenezer » 21 May 04 11:29 am

I think I am suffering withdrawal symptoms.

This morning I was putting my little boy's rice cereal packet back into the plactic container. (He is 8 months old.) I was having trouble getting the container lid back on. It ocurred to me that I might need to rearrange the swaps a bit better before I re-hide the container.

I find myself off with the faries in front of thirty geography students when I have a topomap up on the screen from the overhead projector. I look carefully at the roads, trails and topography and consider the best view / location for a cache. After twenty or thirty seconds I snap out of it and go on with whatever it was I was supposed to be explaining.

It's alright, takes them at least 30 seconds to quieten down anyhow.

The Bronze.
