Meaning the gentle way find and log or hide a physical cache that has a difficulty / terrain level of 2/2 or less in order to claim this requirement. If you choose the hide option your cache must be size regular or larger.
Does this just mean any cache that is 2 / 2 or less for difficulty / terrain or is there some other meaning?

NO additional meaning.
Difficulty 2 or less and terrain 2 or less and you're good to go.

When logging the multiple cache events - eg Heptathlon or Decathlon - the highest scoring cache is logged, and the rest are listed in the justification box ...
Do the scores of these other caches get added on as well, or are their point values irrelevant?

When doing these the requirement states "list the highest point claim you can".
Is it mandatory to claim the highest possible score?
Could you claim one of the lower scoring caches if that was to your advantage?
If not who would check thet you had actually claimed the maximum?
Do you need to do the sums on every cache in your claim to prove it was the highest?

Your are free to claim any combination of points out of the 7 or 10 that you complete. It probably benefits most people to claim the highest, but of course if you need a specific number of points to meet a target, then claim those points instead.

Hi can you please explain 4. Badminton - relates to animal powered flight? If the cache name had say duck in it would this be suitable?

Sure.
A duck is an animal that can fly, so that would pass muster.

Hi gang, I received the following in response to an email query:
Q. Can I also check whether the name 'Budgie' in a cache title is sufficient for 4. Animal powered flight?
A. Budgie would be a little bit a stretch for animal powered flight as the cache does not relate to animal powered flight. It appears to be named for the cache owner Redbudgie1.
Is a bird species in the title sufficient justification or not?

The cache is named for the cache owner, not the budgie itself. Different reason.

Regarding the Tennis challenge, and the grouping of the scores. I know the numbers have to be consecutive but do they need to be in the same group?
GeosportZ wrote:23: Tennis
Find a log a physical cache that has any two of the following number combinations in the listed cache waypoint in order to claim this requirement. 00, 15, 30, 40. The number combinations can appear anywhere in either the latitude or longitude but must appear as consecutive numbers. e.g. SXX 40.15X is acceptable as is SXX 40.X15.
So if a cache has this as part of its coordinates:
Some Cache wrote:E153 0x.yyy
Would that be ok for 15 and 30?

You betcha boots it would.
Basically if you take out all the spaces, degrees and decimals you get a string of numbers. If you can make the necessary numbers, you're good to go.

So "Eagle Mountain?" would be okay?
