Thanks caughtatwork - this is terrific. It was interesting to gradually watch the outline of Australia grow and the roads tracing their way inland.

Great work :D

Well done, looks great!

There's specific events that show up wonderfully well!

The explosion of caches in the NT over the last year or two, way-finder's series across The Outback Way, bursts in regional centres like Red Ochre and Albany and wherever that year's SA long weekend event was, and so forth.

Very cool. How did you predict the future placings?

Nice works to all evolved. Would be nice to split it into states as well. Nice weekend project for the programmer at heart.

The code is done and easy to run for each state / territory.

Working out what the relative dimensions are for each state is under way and I also had to find the bounding box for each state / territory.

Working out where to put the text so it doesn't block too many stars is a challenge too.

I just need get the dimensions of the ACT, then it will be ready to run for each state.

If I get time in the next day or so I'll see if I can do it then.

Thats an awesome effort to all cachers and all those involved in the survival of Geocaching in Australia. The video is brilliantly done, and well set out, a really enjoyable view. Thanks for showing us.
