Geocaching Australia

Hello,

We are going on holiday in Australia in July.
I have my PDA full of GPX Files from GC.COM, but to be succesful i need some maps showing me the correct position of some caches.

The most interesting are for us will be between Sydney and Melbourne and from Melbourne to the Great Ocean Road.
Other areas will be Cairns and Brisbane, but there we have no car.

I am thankfull to everybody who can help us

All i can do for this help is to promise you my own help if you ever will come to Austria.

I also have some TBs with me. Maybe you know some caches which are good places for them. (One is coming back to australia after 2 years traveling, and some others will be placed from us to find their way home)

PS: My problem is that i will leave in the next 2 days, so help must be quick or its to late....

there are a number of maps listed at http://wiki.geocaching.com.au/wiki/Map

the best way to get an online map is from the cache page here

1. go to http://geocaching.com.au
2. type the name or waypoint of the cache in the search bar
3. select the specific cache from the find list
4. click on the links to the varous maps (right hand column)

there are also other PC and Mac solutions documented on the wiki page above
