Ozi & the 3sec data

I have had to reformat the laptop lately and lost the setup info on how to use the 3sec radar mapped height data available from the USA. Does anyone have this handy on how to program Ozi to run it?

I remember there was a trick but can't recall it. Using it to do path profiles for microwave links for work.
