Hi Guys,
I paid for my full subscription to GSAK and enjoyed using the program on my PC
Updated to Mac about 18 months ago and no support for GSAK on mac.
Any chance this has changed as i would like to start using it again,

Re: GSAK Access for Mac
No support at present - and unlikely in the future. GSAK is a Windows program and to my knowledge Clyde is not planning to port it to any other operating system.
On the other hand I understand that GSAK runs quite acceptably on a Mac system under Paralells etc. There are several related threads on the GSAK forum - check them out.

Re: GSAK Access for Mac
Thanks team Red Roo,
I have managed to load it on an old laptop with windows, all the family is on the Apple tree these days.
it is working so I will have to do a heap of pocket queries and restock GSAK
Appreciate your feedback thank you
Cheers Mal (The Penny_Drops)

I can confirm that Parallels does indeed do a very good job of running GSAK.

Could you please put some metrics around that.Team Conquest wrote:I can confirm that Parallels does indeed do a very good job of running GSAK.
How many caches in your database?
How long does it take to do some functions, such as run a macro like FindStatGen3?
What type of Mac is it running on?
This question gets asked a lot so it would be good to have a better understanding of how well it runs.
